The assistant was very helpful. I liked the examples which showed the inside of the mattress.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable without being intrusive. They made sure we received the assistance and information we needed and then left us to peruse the store.

Friendly knowledgable staff. I was looking for a solid base bed and there were only 3 of them in the store. I would have expected more as ut is a large store with lots of other types of bed

We were met almost straight away by staff member Holly. We went through what we were looking for and with her assistance, guidance and product knowledge we were able to make our choice from a good selection of mattresses. We then chose a few other additional items again with the help of Holly. We came out of the store saying how easy it had all been, which was a relief as we were not looking forward to purchasing a mattress because 'where do you start'? Answer: speak to Holly.

The staff were quick to help but weren’t intrusive. The chap who served us was knowledgable- but he may have been new - when he quoted the number of days we had to ‘test’ the mattress one of his colleagues overheard and politely corrected him in a very friendly way. Price was great and cheaper than I expected Surprised that we could get delivery arranged so quickly Haven’t shopped for a mattress before - would definitely recommend this store - we actually went on recommendation too
