Gemma was very helpful, my Husband is disabled, We were in the shop for over an hour, she made us a cup of tea, showed us the bed products for his needs and was very knowledgeable on the products, After purchasing several mattress's from other stores we were very weary buying another especially for the price we paid, she put our minds completely at ease.

Attended to by Toni who was knowledgeable about the products but in no way pushy to sell. The product, a sofa bed, was well made and very easy to set up. The sale price was an additional bonus.

From start to finish, the salesperson was very knowledgable and clearly keen to make a sale but genuinely respected our time and with his input, left us to decide which product we should buy.
