Faye at St Andrews Quay, Hull store knowledgable on product options, friendly and professional. Was offered coffee in store and allowed to browse at leisure before asking assistance again to make final choice.

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products. She was able to give us excellent advice about what type of bed would meet our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she even put aside her lunch in order to serve us.

went to buy a mattress. bought a mattress - Rob was particularly helpful, a bit pushy but then he's supposed to be, knew when to back off though. Whether I remain highly satisfied remains to be seen as I won't see my mattress for another 4 week yet
