On arrival an assistant asked if they could help and took to exactly what we were looking for .

Lady who helped was fabulous nice to talk to very helpful

Second time we have visited this store. Both times we have experienced a very good service and advice taking onboard our specific needs and budget. Never had specific products/ males pushed or upsold. From the first visit through to delivery and set up there have been no problem

The assistant who served me at the Hull branch (Robin) was very professional and friendly. He went above and beyond his job description by helping me with my order.

Very friendly and informative salesperson, Robin. Gave clear information in a pleasant manner. Explained the mattress make-up and demonstrated how springs work. Not pushy but available to talk about product as required.

Grace the sales assistant was amazing
