We went in to purchase a mattress and were served quickly and found a mattress at a good price so we took the opportunity to buy straight away without looking around in other stores . Good day .

Very friendly young man helpful and informative the shop was very hot and uncomfortable.

We were uncertain about the choice of the two mattresses we needed, but were immediately welcomed by Gemma and other Assistants, and put at our ease. Gemma listened carefully to our requirements, directed us towards possible choices, gave us friendly advice, made suggestions, answered our questions, offered us coffee, left us to browse freely, did not put us under any pressure and led us gently towards our decisions and through the purchasing process.

Everything was to our satisfaction. The friendliness of the staff. We were satisfied overall with the service we received

I was greeted by Holly when I entered the store but not hounded for a sale. I was highly satisfied with the attitude and attention that Holly the store manager gave me. She was knowledgeable and very helpful but in no way pushy trying to sell products. She was very easy to deal with and offered a fantastic price on the mattress I liked. For this reason I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to go and see her directly. She was a pleasure to deal with. Please pass on my thanks to her.

The friendliness and general supportive approach taken by Dave was excellent as we had our toddler with us who was a huge distraction. Dave took him off to play with the colouring table allowing us time to decide what we wanted to buy. The transaction was completely pain free.

The store manager Holly was really helpful and showed us which mattresses would best suit our needs. She made every effort to assist us in making a choice that suited us without trying to oversell or push.

I knew which bed i wanted, so that part was easy. Part of why i have taken so long to purchase a bed is the thought of testing mattresses just filled me with dread!! After talking to the salesman and also expressing the fact that the last thing i wanted to do was test a bed it was not actually as bad as i had thought.
