All the staff were friendly, not pushy sales tactics but just friendly, We was bed shopping with our 2 children, the store was very child friendly, from colouring to letting them test the beds (jumping and bouncing.) Rob the sales guy who looked after us was really helpful offering us drinks, advice on the mattress. Also Hollie was wonderful, she remembered us from when we bought ours sons first bed about a year ago! Really enjoyable happy store, all the staff seemed happy to be at work !

The staff were very friendly and explained the details of the wide variety of mattresses in store. It was very easy to find the right choice as we tried each of them we liked. We bought a bed and a mattress and was offered the delivery in a week's time. The total cost is spread out to 20 months with the 0% APR finance which made it very affordable for us. We would definitely recommend Dreams to all our friends and family here.

The members staff that helped us was called Tony he was very polite and as soon as he saw me lay on a bed he new I had a bad shoulder and a fractured spine just by my position and where I put my arms and hands. This guy really knows his stuff he was very helpful without being pushy for the sale. He also new the ideal pillows that my husband and I should have. We would not hesitate in recommending to our famity and friends to visit Tony in the Clive Sultans Way branch at Hull. I needed specific needs for a back problem. The salesman (Tony) was very knowledgeable about the products and in no way did he try and sell me anything that I didn`t need.

Brilliant service, member of staff that served us had a vast knowledge and was able to narrow down our search SO easily. Also was offered a lovely coffee whilst processing the order!

more than anything both my wife and I were impressed with the greeting and helpful l information that was passed on to us by a staff member and then being allowed to view all of the stores display items before making our choice of product there was absolutely no pressure from any of the staff in order to make a sale which we have encountered in other stores. the whole experience was perfect and we would like to conclude by complementing the staff and the displays and store layout as first class.

When I entered the store I did not intend buying that day but the service was so good ,the staff so helpful and the store so inviting that I decided to purchase instead of looking. I would certainly recommend the store to my friends .
