Faye had excellent product knowledge and i never felt pressurised into a decision. This ended up been a ten year investment of a tempur mattress.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us drinks while we were shopping and stayed with us while we asked about different products never making us feel rushed to make a decision and offering advice about the difference between the products. Also left us on our own at points to just try and brought us different pillows to try.they didn't pressure us at all and helped us compare prices and value for money along the way.
