Good coice of beds - each had a breakdown of price for mattress, headboard and base (with or without storage). Robin was extremely helpful. Offered a coffee on entering store - nice touch.

At every step I was given options based on my requirements. There never was at any time did I feel pressurised and given time based on my needs to think things over, even when I asked a question. The staff in the store were polite and very welcoming.

Your colleague in the Hull store, Holly I think was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Just the right mix of there to help but not pushy, great example.

I shopped in ur hull store and was served by tony who absolutely made my visit here as easy as possible. Explained everything in detail from start to finish. Tried different mattresses first with the correct pillow for myself. Never pushed a sale onto me that made me feel uncomfortable. I would definitely return

from the minute we stepped into the store it was a lovely experience, we was approached by a lady called Gemma asking if we needed any help we said we was just looking thank you and she said fine if you need me just say, we carried on looking and when we needed any assistance she was there for us,Gemma answered all our questions for us and printed details out for us about a bed we liked, we went back the following week to order the bed we liked, Gemma was on a day off but we also had great service from the rest of the team.so a big thank you to everyone in the store at st andrews key for excellent seand we are looking forward to our bed arriving ,
