Dreams - Hull

Gemma was very helpful without being pushy. She offered us pillows to take around the store with us and was very good at identifying our needs. She offered us a drink too which was a nice touch.

me and my wife went in knowing what we wanted. we asked the store assistant graci a couple of questions and without an hassle she gave us the answer sight away and could not of done enough to help us out. very satisfied with her help and is in need of a pay rise or recognition for her help.

There was no pressure sales and the salesman had a good knowledge of products.

From first arriving in the store we were made welcome by being greeted with a friends hello. A member of staff(Faye) approached us and asked what we were looking for and showed us to a variety of beds and explained all about them. Her knowledge was excellent! We were then handed a pillow each and asked to try out the beds. We were then left alone to try the beds. This was good as it is a real put off when a member of staff hovers round you when you want to talk in private and discuss the items. When we said that we need to go away and think about the product that was no problem and Faye wrote all the details down on the bed we were interested in on a Dreams card. We returned the following week and made the purchase! This time the store manager Holly looked after us as Faye wasn't in. She remembered us (and our children!) from the previous week and the product we were looking at. What a fantastic member of staff too - friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Well done Dreams!

Holly was very friendly, listened to our needs and took into account our budget. She was not too pushy and was very knowledgeable on the products.
