The gent that served uswas knowledgable friendly . But I expected a quicker delivery date but thats wadnt his fault.

Gemma at the st Andrews Quay store was fabulous she did not pressure us and had excellent knowledge about the beds, she encouraged us to try different ones.

Opening hours suited us. Found exactly what we wanted and Tony was very helpfull

Having just left visiting my husband in hospital I needed to get some things sorted, a new mattress being one thing. As I am still feeling a little shell shocked it was hard to think about what I needed and Tony came to my aid offering advice and going through the various options. I was given a very welcome cup of coffee while my order was being delt with and all of the staff were chatting to me as well. The only down fall was the waiting time for the item to be delivered but that is not something the staff can control. I don't like shopping but found it a pleasure with Tony and the other staff.

The staff were very friendly offered a cup of latte while we were making a selection of a new mattress. No sales pressure was received and when asked for guidance this was given in a professional manner. On making a selection the process of ordering was made simple and each step explained clearly and precisely. Options were also offered to protect the product which we took, as well as replacement pillows which we also purchase. Delivery dates were offered in a timely manner that incorporated the removal and disposal of the old mattress. An extremely relaxing and purchasing experience. Would definitely recommend Dreams for all bedroom furniture

Tony was very well informed on your products on very friendly. store was well laid out with a lot of product to look at.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. They gave clear explanations about the products and alternatives. They were professional and approachable and very polite.

Upon entering the store we were greeted in a very friendly manner by several members of staff. Tony approached us and talked us through the importance of comfort when changing positions when asleep and also asked us how we sleep to get the best mattress for us. He allowed us to explore the options available in the store but was always close by if we needed any help. He also offered us different pillows to use when testing the mattresses. He offered us drinks while we were looking around the store and while we were ordering our mattress. He explained all of the stages of the purchases and double checked everything with us (even the spellings of our names) he was very efficient with the computer and also had excellent product knowledge. He offered us the insurance type cover on our mattress and explained exactly what it included and allowed us to see the mattress protector that was included in the price before we bought it. He also answered every question we had about just about anything you can think of. He was a truly wonderful sales assistant!

Extremely satisfied really good service. Lovely and clean showroom. Gave us time to think about our purchase. Will definitely recommend Tony at Dreams in Hull.
