Robin was attentive when we needed assistance but left us whilst we discussed purchase. Can't stand salesmen that hover.

Had really wanted to purchase a TEMPUR mattress after taking the TEMPUR challenge but really they were out of our price range at £2000. When we visited the store to collect our travel pillow we noticed a clearance one of which was within our budget so was highly delighted

My experience at dreams on St. Andrews quay in hull was very satisfying because the store was clean , straight away customer service was polite , the knowledge of the staff was great , we was going to buy a mattress which we had one in mind but after the great customer service we ended up buying a totally different mattress which had comfort to both our needs , the staff/women (Faye) was very helpful and even offered us drinks , we will be definitely telling friends and family to go to dreams .

not rushed

I spent a lot of time in the store with Faye the assistant trying different mattresses. She showed me so many different ones to try, with a pillow that was different to the green display pillows already on the beds. She also made myself and my parents who I was with a nice hot drink which was very welcome on that cold day. I did need to wait until my husband came and tried them before I bought the mattress I did however buy some lovely bedding But I was very satisfied with Faye's assistance and will definitely be returning.
