Dreams - Hull

We were extremely well looked after by a very polite chap called Tony. He let us look round without being too pushy but was very informative about items available. He brought us over different pillows to try and was just really lovely. He did manage to sell us a mattress cover and two pillows which we weren't intending to buy but was not pushy in the slightest. He was just really nice and seemed to know his stuff!

I was unsure whether I wanted a 3ft or 4ft bed (I needed a new bed after recently losing my husband). Under these circumstances I found the assistant very understanding and helpful

The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to explain the difference in beds and listen to our needs. They didn't pester us, which Is fantastic. They were helpful and we would love to visit the store again.

I felt like the store assistant that helped us (Robin) was attentive enough to meet all our needs and answer all of our questions whilst also giving us time to talk and decide between ourselves without him being there. We didn't feel at any point like we were pressured.

The Dreams store offered everything that we were looking for. Other bed stores in the area offered the the same but we went back to Dreams because of the friendly sales assistants and the no pressure to buy atmosphere. Obviously,cost is a factor, but having worked in sales most of my life a good atmosphere is what the buying public appreciate.

The staff were extremely helpful but not overly pushy, which I found great. I felt very welcome in the store when I first visited which is what made me return to make a purchase

From the minute we entered the premises to walking out we felt we were in charge.Robin interduced himself to us explained all the colour codes on the beds offered both myself and wife a drink.and then left us to explore.when we needed advice he was there .there was no pusheness from him or any other staff at all. Brilliant service thank you to all.
