Grace was extremely helpful throughout our visit to dreams. She provided us with comfortable pillows to try out the mattresses with and had all the answers and information that we needed. We would highly recommend Grace as her customer service was spot on.

The staff greeted us on arrival offering assistance but did not make us feel pressured. The assistant gave the required information and directed us to appropriate products making our choice much easier. She was polite, attentive and knowledgeable hence our purchase.

very friendly greeting when walking in shop. After walk round looking at beds we then approached Robin who was very knowledgeable he showed us the make we were interested in left us to test mattress plus he brought us the Tempur pillows to try. What we liked was that we were not pressured by someone stood over us we could talk and take our time.

Holly was very helpful in helping us choose the right mattress, she understood what we were looking for , we liked the fact of no hard sell

The staff was very helpful as iv been trying to get a mattress that's right the lady give us a selection off mattresses to try which was right for me and my husband she explained the difference in the mattresses so we got the right one and was very helpful

Was advised of the different recommendations re mattresses depending on how often it was to be used. Tried a variety of mattresses as well as a variety of pillows and also tested them in the position I normally sleep in. Was left alone to take my time and make my own decision but assistant available for any questions I may have had.

We were very happy with our purchase because the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything and was able to find exactly what we wanted. The member of staff was lovely and helped us with everything we wanted and even helped us with our delivery date explaining how it worked and made us feel very welcomed when we walked into the store.
