Employee assistant was excellent. Very helpful, could answer everything we asked and very pleasant.

I was treated very well by the staff. Not pushy but there when needed. Very helpful and knew the answers to all questions - even offered coffee!

We were served by a lovely lady called Faye. Faye took me and my husband through the layout of the store so we could easily navigate it ourselves. She gave us advice about the style of mattress that would be best for my long term lower back problem and also offered us a pillow that would help improve the feel of the mattress, which we ended up buying! She also looked after our young daughter and gave her colouring to do and some sweets, all so that we had the chance to properly try out the mattress without the badgering of a certain small person. Faye is an absolute asset to your store and company, well done Faye!

Fantastic service by retail assistant Grace who immediately took our needs on board and directed us to suitable products but without being intrusive or pushy. She's an absolute diamond - friendly, competent, chatty and professional, yet does not apply pressure and nothing was too much trouble. The lovely coffee was a bonus! We were given ample time to explore products for ourselves and make our final decision.

Got the product I wanted in line with my budget and for quick delivery. Assistant (Grace) was extremely helpful.
