Dreams - Hull

From the first few minutes in the store were made to feel welcome and given friendly helpful advice resulted in our purchase.

I was greeted by an advisor called Gemma, she was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds. She gave me all the information I needed and let me try the beds out at my own pace with no hassle. Very very good customer service and even made me a coffee. A definite asset for the store.

Friendly and helpful staff very understanding and cheerful. We were offered a beverage and sweets for the kids. Overall great experience!

The colleague Robin was very helpful, knew all about the products he was showing me, nothing was too much trouble for him. Very pleasant in store. Price wise very reasonable cheaper then bensons for beds. Extremly happy with all purchases.

Bed and mattress available and going to be delivered on Friday with free delivery. Greated when we entered the store, offered a drink and overall service was good without being too obtrusive. Plenty of choice of beds and mattresses and all the different choices were explained to us.

We repeatedly visited the store to try out various Tempur mattresses, being encouraged to spend at least ten minutes on each mattress we tried and invited to return as many times as we needed to decide which mattress was our preference. Always a friendly greeting from the sales staff, especially Tony, who looked after us and provided complimentary cups of coffee.

Very friendly and efficient

We were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store and left to have a look. Tony asked if we were OK, talking about the beds we were interested in, gave us time to decide. Then talked about mattresses and explained the layout of the store around them all. He wasn't pushy about going for the expensive ones, he listened to what we wanted and pointed out which he would recommend. While placing the order we were offered a drink. The kids were well looked after too with sweets and colouring in.
