Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was on hand to answer any questions and offer advice without being overbearing or pushy in any way. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase, and the recommendations given by Tony were excellent. He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly, right the way through from the colour coding of the mattress, through to order placement.

Me and my partner walked in to the store and all available employees smiled and said hello to us which really makes a difference when shopping, immediately makes you feel welcome and that you would like to stay longer. The guy who served us was fantastic, Tony I think his name was. He had extensive product knowledge and was really helpful. We was only after a budget mattress and a protector, but no job was too small and we felt like valued customers. After agreeing the sale we sat down and I was instantly relaxed and it went really smoothly, even offered me a coffee which I politely declined. All in all, mattress shopping wasn't that boring when you have staff like that to help you :)

Last week we walked out of a different shop - not Dreams - due to every request being answered with - 'oh no we can't do that'. My daughter had bought a bed at different Dreams down in London a few weeks ago and recommended you. So we tried your shop and it was a pleasure. Every request was answered with 'no problem'. The staff were helpful and not pushy. We didn't have to ask for things like the driver to phone us before delivering as apparently that comes as standard. Honestly I can see no reason why we would even try another shop - provided the delivery is as good as the buying experience.
