Buying a bed can be daunting. The assistant 'Grace' made the experience so easy. She was welcoming, kind and courteous, she made us feel relaxed and able to understand the differences between mattresses. She was not pushy and gave us plenty of time and advie so that we could make an informed choice.

I was greeted as I entered the store in a pleasant manner by friendly staff, the manager Holly took time to explain the layout of the store and guided me in the right direction for the product I was looking for. She offered a me a hot drink whilst I was trying out mattresses and advised me on which pillows would compliment the mattress whilst still understanding my needs.

Gemma the assistant was very helpful right from the moment we entered the store. She was knowledgeable on all the products in store and where they were situated in order for us to try them. During the whole process she was informative and friendly without being overbearing and was a major factor in the decision to purchase the mattress from the Dreams store and not elsewhere.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams the service that Grace gave us was excellent she was very patient with me giving me time and her advice so that I could make the correct decision on choosing the correct bed for my needs.

The lady Gemma was very helpful but not pushy at all. She explained fully the different kinds of beds and mattresses.

the assistant was very attentive over our requirements and knowledge of products within the store. helped us on the day we looked and remembered us the following day when i returned to place the order even down to which bed and mattress we were looking at

The service was excellent we where informed of all the different types of mattresses what would go with the bed we chose very delighted
