Dreams - Hull

When we arrived we were offered drinks and were asked if we were looking for anything specific and directed directly to the mattresses that we were looking for. The staff were also amazing with our 2.5 yr old giving her colouring, a small pack of sweets and playing hide and seek with her while we were then able to look at the beds and make sure we were happy with the mattress as well as picking out the right pillow. Made the whole experience a lot better. Also, we wanted the storage box to match the bed which was not available at the time. We were informed it was due in soon and they would call us back as soon as it came in to stock. Faye did call me and I was able to place a separate order for the storage box and have it added on to the same delivery date as the bed so that we weren't having 2 deliveries.

Faye the assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable, she wasn't pushy and left us to try lots of different mattresses after checking our needs. She even brought over a pillow similar to mine to get a better effect.

Both sales assistants were knowledgable and polite and are great assets to this store. Gemma and Faye. We would very much like to ensure they receive our positive feedback.

Customer physically and learning disabled there with support workers, of which I am one Staff member extremely kind and patient. Plus had researched product online for Mr Hunter and it was easily found and fully met his expectations. The entire visit provided not just the perfect product for him but an easy, pleasant, relaxed and entertaining experience for him. Not always the case given his difficulties.

We were given detailed information relating to the various types of mattresses available. We were also given information relating to the performance of each mattress type.

Grace was so welcoming, listen to my needs and gave me great tips for trying out the beds. Had belief in the products she was selling. Gave me time to think about it all, without pressure. Which is why I bought it. And was more than informative and helpful when I placed my order.

Tony was friendly and attentive but not pushy, coffee was a lovely touch and the help was great,trying different pillows and firmness mattress. Lovely calm atmosphere

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was about to purchase a bed from another store in area but decided to pop into dreams for a quick browse . I feel there was a good choice and the staff were able to provide a good knowledge of products and answer my questions in regards to different types of beds on display so much so I decided to purchase a bed as I feel it was on par with the other store as regards quality and competitive pricing. Staff were very friendly efficient and knowledgeable about the products in store which was Dreams St Andrews Quay Hull HU3 4SA
