This was our four visit to place orders and Holly has help with them all. Lovely service would and have recommended the store and Holly

Robin had great knowledge of the products on offer and was able to explain the differences well

The sales assistent was very helpful in helping us choose the product and the price and off was very good

I was allowed to look without been interrupted, but they did offer me service if needed, When I wanted advice Gemma was there to help me, and after finding that the bed was cheaper on that day and also free delivery it helped me decide to buy it, the delivery date was long but that's ok because I have to wait until the bedroom in decorated, they did offer to take the old bed away but I was surprised by how much it would cost me so said no, overall I was very happy on the day xx please see if you can do anything about the price to take your old bed away !!!!!

Holly the manager served me. She was very kind and listened to what I wanted. I wanted a sofa bed. She offered me a coffee and a chocolate! When I placed my order she was very chatty and was genuinely interested in me and my daughter. The sofa bed was perfect as I needed this size and Holly showed me exactly how it worked and arranged a convenient delivery date. I would highly recommend Holly and think she is an asset to your company!! I will be back again to purchase a mattress for my bed in the near future. Thank you Holly.

Robin greeted us as we walked through the door and asked if we were ok and needed any assistance. I told him we were looking for a new mattress. He talked us through the different styles/types. And gave us some time to try the different styles. He offered us all a drink. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our needs and quickly showed us what turned out to be "our" mattress. He gave us time to compare and didn't push us into any particular model. He was very helpful and kind and even let our little lad take one of the miniature lorries which he was thrilled with. We were very happy with the service and would recommend Dreams to my family

Robin greeted us cheerfully as we entered the store, offered his assistance but left us to look round without being pushy. The price of the mattress was very good, greatly reduced from original price. Robin explained the difference between the types of sprung mattresses in order to help us decide. Once decided we were offered a drink, a seat and free Saturday delivery on top. Very satisfied with the whole experience- definitely will return and recommend Dreams to family and friends !!
