Dreams - Hull

The manager gave us a price promise and was so helpful find us another bed when the other was on a 5 week waiting list.

We were approached quickly by a lovely lady called Grace in your hull store who helped us choose a bed and a mattress which we love. She was very patient and showed us lots of options. we didn't feel pressured at all to purchase and she made the buying process very easy.

We were welcomed when we arrived in the store. We were then left to browse, an assistant did say let me know if you need any help. After a little while we were invited to have a hot drink. Nothing was too much trouble for the young man who served us. He gave us help and advice without "crowding" us. He left us to look whilst knowing that he would answer any questions we had. We had no hesitation in purchasing our new bed from him.

Robin was very professional without being pushy (a change in furniture stores). He was friendly and patient, giving my wife and I time to discuss the purchase and various options. Due to this we spent slightly more than we were planning to (larger bed, better quality) but feel we got a good deal overall. The staff were also very good with our three year old daughter.

Robin gave us a friendly greeting and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for or if we would just look to browse. We were the latter so Robin told us we were there if we needed any help. Soon after we asked his advice/information, which he gave, and then wanted to look some more. He offered us a drink and let us browse again. Later we asked him about a specific mattress which he gave and we decided to buy the mattress. At the desk Robin gave us information about looking after the mattress, the refund policy and the delivery (with the text messages etc.). He allowed us lots of time to decide a date of delivery! It was a very friendly atmosphere in the shop and we would happily buy from that shop again.

We were left alone to test a few mattresses, when we needed help it was there, very friendly staff good atmosphere

The staff were friendly, approachable, said hello, asked if I wanted any help, I was even offered a Mocha .. Holly who served me was very knowledgable, explained all the advantages and disadvantages of the beds, until I found the mattress I eventually chose. I had to come back another day to order it and she even popped out halfway through her sandwich (sorry Holly) to run my order through. Very happy with the service.

Really good customer service, clear prices, great offers and rewards for purchases. It's important to me to have all of this when making an investment in a mattress.

Customer service was very good and informative. We found the product we were looking for with ease & staff knowledge was very good. Although there is an issue regarding product availability and delivery, the staff in store did, and are doing all they can to rectify the problem and quicken the delivery.
