Myself and my husband took out grandson who has severe ADHD he cannot make decisions and gets embarrassed the assistant was brilliant with him and treated him right he was soon at ease with her the assistants name is Gemma

Member of staff (Tony) welcomed me when I walked in asked what assistance I needed and made me a coffee. He pointed me in the right direction then left me to have a look around. He came over after a while to check I was OK and tell me about the product I was looking at. Then left me to it until I needed more assistance. I found the service very helpful and not at all pushy. Tony was able to answer any questions I had about any of the beds.

Fast, friendly service. No waiting, once we decided on the product the paying for it was straight forward and easy.

Great customer service, the price quoted included additional items which were all useful and priced competitively. The price quoted for the mattress We required when matched online was one of the lowest but having the dreams store quite local we were able to see the product ourselves and place the order quickly.

Faye assisted us in purchasing a new bed. She was very helpful & imformative.

We went to the store to just look around due to back problems with our current mattress. We were approached by FAYE and she was outstanding. To be honest the price we payed for the mattress was shocking as itds alot of money but FAYE was so nice, she was not pushy and helped us the best she could and her harm welcome really made a difference and the following week we went back and placed the order. If FAYE hadnt been so nice we would not have gone back
