Dreams - Hull

Firstly we viewed our purchase on line, and settled for the bed, and visited the store to see the bed in the flesh so to speak, doing it that way you have a good idea what you want, and the bed we chose looked even better in the store, and the revews on line where very favourable also, and we where assured that on delivery any problems we my have will be dealt with immediately, which is very gratifying to know. And the assistant was so nice, we where given a nice coffee, and I was given a pillow to check out every mattress I tried. So overall a very nice experience.

The customer service, knowledge of products and friendliness of service.

I knew which mattress I wanted when I walked into the store because I had looked at the website. I asked the assistant where the Wakefield mattress was and she took me straight to it. We tested the mattress for comfort and decided to buy it. There was no sales pressure from the assistant who answered our questions and was very pleasant. She dealt with our purchase in a most efficient way and overall the experience was very satisfactory.

Sales Assistant (Robin) was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He offered advice as to the right bed for us whilst not pushing us to buy which we appreciated.

We were welcomed by Tony who listened to our needs and advised us on what we had asked for as well as recommending other mattresses to try, he was kind and considerate.

Holly was brilliant. We had no idea where to start and Holly gave us the time and knowledge we needed. As well as a much needed coffee and sweets for the kids! Pay rise deserved I think!! Also, whilst we were sorting out the order, another staff member Tony stopped our 2 year old from falling off a bunk bed which our 9 year old left her on!! Another pay rise here please! Very happy with our purchase and the service we received today. Looking forward to our delivery!

It was my first experience purchasing a bed, a mattress ect... and I can say it was a successful one, I was greeted very pleasantly by Gemma. She was more than helpful, giving me the correct information I was looking for. If I had any questions, she would be there to answer them. I am very pleased with the items I bought. I look forward to the delivery so I can put them to use. I'm a happy customer and I'm highly likely to be returning to purchase more items in the future. Iv already recommended dreams to many people already just due to the service so you'll be reciving custom from them too. Thank you for a great first experience!

The service was excellent and it was nice to be able to have the opportunity to look at products without feeling pressured. Holly was very helpful and knowledgable about the beds. She was friendly and patient and was happy to explain the different options available to us. All the staff were very nice friendly and they took the time to answer any questions. Our children didn't want to leave.

Tony your rep was knowledgeable not pushy allowing ourselves to feel comfortable and not pressured into our decision thereby visiting your store several times before this purchase. We cannot comment on our new k tempur bed/ mattress to date as we have booked our delivery for the 10/3/17
