Dreams - Hull

I had bought a bed base in 2016 and was very satisfied with price and the service I received I.e. Being given other options and being able to decide on which product was best for me. Which is why I returned to purchase another bed and I received the same service which I was pleased with.

Great staff, welcoming and understood what I needed

Very pleasant, knowledgeable staff. We were looked after from the minute we walked into the store, until we left. Very discrete and no pressure selling. A very pleasing experience all round.

I visited with my Mum and Dad in their 80's and they were confused and hesitant - Tony gave them clear advice and spoke slowly and made sure they could hear what was being said - he was honest with his assessment of their needs and made a great effort to swap mattresses on to different bases so they could try them and he didn't lose patience when they got confused!! and related his own experiences with his family to aid my parents understanding.

Staff were excellent, super friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking to try a specific mattress I'd seen online (not at dreams) and when I found one which wasn't as nice as the alternative Gemma suggested I went straight back and found her. She was so nice (without being pushy) my friend who was with me bought the same mattress! Oh and we were given one of the nicest coffees I've had!

Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he invited my wife and I to try all the different mattresses before we settled on the one we chose. We decided to look elsewhere and then rang the store to place the order, once again speaking to Tony, who was polite and helpful.

I originally visited your store before Christmas to get a few ideas. I was greeted by a very friendly, smiling sales assistant {Robin) who asked if he could be of any help. Once I told him we were just browsing he left us to do this. I again visited mid January (by then I was more aware on what I was looking for...bedrooms were then been decorated). I was again greeted by a warm friendly sales assistant (Holy) who was very helpful measuring and giving me quotes for headboards and single beds. At the last minute I decided I needed to re measure the bed. There was no pressure and I wasn't made to feel I had wasted her time. Back to place an order today was greeted by the charming, helpful Robin, Very professional nothing too much trouble,everything explained and dealt with. Big thank you for a great shopping experience. My only gripe is the time I am now having to wait for delivery surely management can sort out a shorter delivery time scale!!!!!Regards Sue Drewery
