Faye was very helpful and friendly while assisting me, and she help pick the perfect mattress for me very quickly

The sales team were very helpful. Talked us through all the options & gave us plenty of time to discuss & decide. Then took the order without any issues, we got the delivery date we wanted and also a nice coffee.

I visited Dreams store in Hull on Monday - and Robin very kindly approached me and assisted me throughout the whole of my visit which was over an hour! He even offered me a drink which was appreciated! He was polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - and told me all I needed to know. I purchased a Sealy mattress (not received it yet so can't comment on quality) but am sure it will be fine and I think I made the right choice? - the only downside was the price. In retrospect I think the mattress was very expensive but believe "you get what you pay for". I would recommend Dreams to others and please thank Robin for me :-)

I dealt with Robin at the hull store, he was very patient and answered all my questions and showed me a range of products, all the staff in store were polite and friendly, and even better no pushy sales when you walk into the store, I would highly recommend this store to anybody, thank you for all your help

Gemma spoke to us when we arrived in store and although we went away to look at other bed shops and then returned she was very welcoming
