Dreams - Hull

We were impressed with the staff of the St Andrews Quay store in Hull. Our assistant, Tony was very accommodating and courteous. We received a very welcome beverage whilst completing our order. Delivery was hassle free, on time and efficient. Have tested our purchase and found our siesta today very resting and comfortable. Well done the |Dream Team.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, by Faye and she helped me very much to choose the mattress for me. Made the process very simple.

We found the gentleman assistant was very helpful without being too pushy. Dealt with our questions well and appeared to know what he was talking about.

We didn't know what type of bed we wanted, the choice of mattresses was overwhelming! The assistant was really helpful & knowledgeable & listened to our issues & concerns then pointed us in the "right direction" He was on hand throughout to answer any questions without been "pushy"!

Gemma was very helpful and friendly in our choosing of bed. Polite and professional service.

The sale assistant at the store, Holly, was very helpful. We had rung to ask about the beds a couple of times and she was extremely helpful with getting us measurements and answering any questions about them. And when we went to the store she wasn't pushy when it came to the selling. And let us take our time and look at the beds.

Holly dealt with us in a very friendly, efficient & helpful manner. In my opinion she went the extra yard to make sure we bought our son's new bed from Dreams. There was a huge selection of beds in the showroom (many more than your local competitors) for us to choose from so making the correct purchase was easy. The customisation options on our product meant we got exactly what we needed.The delivery times and options were perfect for us.

Good range of products, the product advisor was very pleasant had excellent knowledge which she was happy to share. Didnt feel rushed into making decision and encouraged to try other products. Gave lots of advice for us to consider which helped us make a decision to suit our needs.

TONY THE SALES ASSISTANT OFFERED US A COFFEE ON ENTERING THE STORE. HE WAS POLITE & LET US BROWSE AT OUR LEISURE. HE WAS NOT A PUSHY SALESPERSON & HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE STOCK.
