we had experienced purchasing with dreams before.Our satisfaction then was our prompt to return to yourselves.

This was the first time I had ever bought a mattress and I had no idea what I was doing. The Dreams staff approached me in store and took time to understand what I wanted and to advice me on what mattresses to try. Staff were extremely helpful. They were not at all pushy, leaving me alone to try the mattresses, which I appreciated. The order process was quick and easy. I cannot fault the delivery - I was able to choose a specific day that suited me and delivery was free. I was updated regularly on the progress of my order and the delivery men were helpful and considerate when bringing it into the house. Thank you Dreams for making my first mattress buying experience as easy as possible

Robin was excellent with his approach and knowledge.On the occasional time he was unsure he promptly sought the correct answer from a colleague.He allowed us time to browse but after discussing our requirements he guided us through the various items and allowed us to decide what we wanted and not the reverse as experienced with competitors. It was clear we were his clients and was not skipping between customers to try and maximise sales.If we had been ignored or had the hard sell we would have left ,but,as it was we were not and we bought what we wanted but with guidance.It is a case of job well done.

The assistant Gemma was friendly, professional and pleasant at all times.

Visited the store at St Andrews Quay Retail Park, Hull. and was served by the lovely and friendly Jo how talked through the products, exploring the variety of Tempur mattresses. I was given advice about every product and its specifications. I didn't feel any kind of pressure and on the contrary took all the time to select the product that suits my needs. All staff had a welcoming smile and was served a hot drink. I also visited the stores in the same retail parks to shop around and compare but Dreams offered me the best price and customer service. The deliver date was set to also include taking the used bed and mattress free of any extra change. I am happy customer and can't wait to use my new bed and mattress. Thank you

Our assistant was very helpful, patient, nothing too much trouble, knowledgable, very friendly making what seemed at the outset, was going to be complicated, very simple. We were not pushed into buying the most expensive only the bed we thought was right for us.

we were greeted immediately by Rob and he was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. we were then talked through the finance options by holly and everything was very clearly explained.

After trying two bed stores my wife and I went into your Princess Key store in kingston upon Hull after travelling 25 miles to visit the store.We were Greeted by ROBIN the salesman in a very polite manner and was very efficient at his job ,very informative and a credit to your company.I wish all sales persons was as polite.We purchased our goods and was given coffee while the transaction was completed.
