Dreams - Hull

Both sales assistants Faye & Holly were extremely helpful, knowledgable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dreams store to all family and friends. 10 out of 10 for customer experience!

It was our first visit to Dreams and when we walked into the store we were slightly overwhelmed with the range and choice of products. The sales assistant gave us time and came over and offered assistance. She listened to us and then informed of the types of mattress and colour-coded system used which allowed us to narrow down our options. In order to make a final choice we were given pillows to our requested specification, and even purchased these in order to complete the package.

Holly was lovely she had previously help us on previous order and was very helpfully. So was happy to have her assistance with our order and sort my daughters dream bed

The member of staff that delt with the order of my mattress was very kind and informative and also rang the next day to make sure that my mattress was delivered on time and to my satisfaction.

THE LADY HELPING US, JOANNE, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, ALSO VERY FRIENDLY, BUT NOT IN THE LEAST OVERBEARING OR PUSHY. COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER HELP, ALSO SUCCEEDED IN PUTTING OUR TEENAGE SON AT EASE! THANK YOU, WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOANNE.
