The man that served us, Robin in the Hull branch, was exceptionally knowledgeable and very friendly.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted, a huge range of beds on display. We went over to the manager (Holly) she helped us with giving very detailed information on the range of mattresses and the different styles to suit my needs. She asked what type of mattress I already had to try and help me to what I would be most comfortable with. She offered me and my mum a hot drink, also checked online for good deals with it being black Friday, we ended up purchasing a mattress from the sale. I had already chose what bed I wanted and Holly was very helpful with telling us how good the bed is. Very satisfied. Thank you!

Tony came to see my family and i only a few moments after we entered the shop, he explained the layout of the shop and where certain things where and then said that he would leave us to view the beds on our own and he would be at the desk should we need his assistance. He offered us all a drink (which we declined) then he collected a couple of pillows for us to try on the beds as we went around the store , he was very very knowledgeable with a great ear for listening as my wife suffers from a shoulder problem , he then explained which bed would be the best for her medical condition. when i decided which bed and headboard we would purchase we were invited to the desk to sort out the relevant paperwork and payment for both items inc delivery . we were then offered more drinks which we accepted they were a thoroughly great team in Hull and would gladly tell my friends and colleagues about the service thank you
