The officer assisted me to know the different beds and mattress. it was very easy to go through the process of placing the order. He was nice to me.

Assistance readily available when required but did not feel hassled by the staff.

I was highly satisfied to the customer service as they treated us in a friendly but none pushy manner which I like in retail. As soon as me & my husband had decided on the mattress we wanted we asked for assistance which we got straight away. We were offered refreshments and have to say the overall customer service was excellent!! This is our second purchase at this Dreams store in Hull St. Andrews Quay reason for that the customer service and stock available. Thankyou to Jo who served us. We will definitely be calling again. I was a returning customer so new what I wanted. I quickly popped in during the day to order a dbl version of a previous mattress. They had trouble locating it as thought it was a Hedon not Henley, however did manage to order and book delivery roughly round the time I wanted. They had trouble with the local telephone network so were able to confirm my booking later that day. It was a fairly slick procedure for me as I knew the sale price and what I wanted, however, both the ladies were friendly and helpful.

Staff and product fantastic couldn't be more helpful even during the lengthy checkout period which was not the staff on sites fault but a problem with the computer ordering system at the main office and discount code which where supplied to staff not working this meant that the actual finishing of the purchase took well over an hour as I would like to reiterate this was not a problem with the excellent staff of the dreams St. Andrews quay hull it was with the main computers and the staff where fantastic throughout the problem.

The staff were very polite, professional and friendly i was not rushed and they understood my needs and the fact that this was an important and difficuly purchase. the store was well layed out easy to understand and was not pressured into buying somehing i didnt need (like at another company). it was a relaxed atmosphere and feel very happy with my experience here.
