Very friendly, told staff member what was looking for extremely helpful also told me other options of mattress I would possibly prefer which was extremely helpful, also offered me a mattress protector for very good price and if have any problems I can phone them for advice.

The members of staff who helped us were friendly, well informed and professional. Paul listened to what we wanted and gave practical advice without trying to push us into a sale. We make a purchase and look forward to delivery in a couple of weeks.

The sales staff were very friendly, not in the least pushy. We were severed by Paul who's sales technique put us totally at ease and made us feel that we had known him years. Thus trusting his advice. Very attentive and good listener with excellant product knowledge. He showed us a variety of bases and mattress from both ends of the price scale, explaining the pro's and con's of each. I would highly recommend the store and staff.

The manager Paul was extremely helpful and very friendly. Very oftnen when you visit a shop and wish to purchase that close to closing time, the shop assistants brush you off because they'd rather get home. But Paul was very helpful, and made sure he answered all of our queries before we purchased :)

Very friendly staff who where not pushy .You are able to look around the store and there was always someone available to answer any questions .
