On entering the store we wasn't immediately pounced upon but given time to peruse at our leisure. Eye contact was made and we were acknowledged. As we were trying beds we were approached by a lady called Holly who asked us questions and explained about the difference in the mattresses. We were given a pillow so we could get a true sleep experience. When placing our order the other staff in store were very friendly and offered/made us drinks. The overall shopping experience was excellent.

Jo at the Hull store her product informs was amazing she knew everything we asked she wasn't heavy at selling the product she left us alone to discuss what we wanted very happy with her experience, just wished the delivery was faster than 6 Weeks

Because the assistant Holly was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She helped but did not force herself on us and gave us space and time to look around and choose after giving us advice based on what we wanted. All the staff were friendly and the store well laid out.

Both the men who helped us were great knew what they was talking about and never pushed anything on to us

I was very highly satisfied with the help my husband and I got from Robin who served us, he was friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he offered us tea\coffee and in no time at all brought us both a lovely cup of tea. It was a real pleasure doing business with Robin. A very efficient, helpful, friendly member of staff. We wouldn't "dream" of going anywhere else in the future but DREAMS!!
