Great fast friendly service made to feel very welcome

Holly (in the Hull store) was very friendly and very informative. She answered any questions I had and made the whole process very easy. She explained the finance options and made me feel at ease.

EXCELLENT. We were highly delighted with our shopping experience at the Dreams store and Robin the young man who served us was very efficient, helpful and courteous, he offered us tea/coffee when we entered the sore and in no time at all can through with a lovely cup of tea. It was a real pleasure doing busness with him. He couldn't have done more for us !!

Walking into the store I was immediately greeted with "May I be of assistance" The answer was,"Yes". I informed the assistant what I was looking for and I was given many options.

We went into the store too look, not sure what we wanted/needed. Robin the assistant was very helpful, patient and took time to answer all questions. We ended up buying not only the bed we wanted but also 2 new pillows.

Julie the lady who looked after my husband and I was very attentive without being pushy, her product knowledge was first class, she left us for a while to talk together and make a decision.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not bothered by my 3 year old jumping on every bed in the store.
