Dave was a very attentive and helpful colleague who assisted us in making our decision without being intrusive. He advised us, during our deliberations over our needs, not to over-complicate things, which was very helpful in ensuring we met our personal needs for the space we have available. He also helped with clarification over the height of the products for installation. He was a pleasure to deal with, as were all the staff in the store.

Customer service was fantastic answered every question I asked which there was a few. Also gave specific advise on what was the best product that suited my needs.

The store at St Andrews Quay is laid out in a very friendly manner. It's nice and open, allowing the customer to immediately notice sections of the store that feature the type of bed they're interested in. Everything was very presentable and clean, and I was encouraged to try every bed that interested me by a friendly employee. When I had displayed some interest in a couple of the beds, Gemma came over and was incredibly helpful throughout. She had great product knowledge, and was quick to investigate all the little questions I had about smaller details and options. The experience was very enjoyable, it was my first time purchasing my own new bed and it honestly couldn't have been much easier.

We were met and served by Paul, truly knowledgeable and amicable with our whole family, and he and his staff made our purchase experience easy, provided us all the required information to make a informed choice which is now installed and we are delighted with. Delivery was extremely fast, on time and we would recommend all to visit Dreams in Hull. The whole experience was a please and fun!

The sales lady Julie was very helpful and gave us the time we needed to try out individual beds as my husband suffers from a bad back. Julie showed us all the beds which were firm and deterred us from the softer style mattresses. We finally chose the mattress and bed frame with a TV in it. Julie showed us the way it all works etc before ordering the bed and mattress with us at the desk point. Excellent friendly and helpful.

This is our second purchase this month and the staff went out of their way both times to ensure we got everything we needed.

Julie our sales assistant listened to what we needed and why we needed it, guiding us to mattresses more suitable to our needs and were perfect for us.

The shop was empty as I was the first customer in first thing, and as I hate shopping that suited me fine
