Friendly staff who listened to what I was requiring and speed of service. Good price also. Adding the offer of a cup of tea or coffee was also appreciated.

Excellent service. The salesman also let me breastfeed my son on one of the beds whilst my husband sorted the finance out. Not many places would have done that!

We'd researched the bed we wanted but still had a few questions about the spec as we got a to bed. David was knowledgable, helpful and friendly

The sales team was very friendly especially with our 2 year old son who was happy just to go and sit in the beds while we was looking and even offered us a drink while we looked around the store as they was making a drink. The salesman David who we placed the order with was very knowledgeable about the bed we was interested in and showed excellent customer care

Great fast friendly service

The layout of the store was easy to navigate, the products where well displayed and the information was easy to understand in regards to pricing of products. The team where very friendly and were willing to have a laugh and made you feel comfortable. We were asked if we needed assistance or were we just browsing and when we said we were browsing we were left to do so. When we needed a member of staff the lady Gemma came straight over and was very knowledgeable. When sitting to place our order we were offered a drink which was a nice touch and Gemma chatted with us while taking an interest in us personally. She also recommended the clearance bin which we hadn't seen and allowed us time to look through before finishing our order. The other member of staff Steve was also friendly and we left feeling the over all experience was positive. The only down side was the delivery time and price having a three week wait for it.

Great customer service from staff

Unlike most stores myself and my partner weren't followed around the store every second we were there. The sales assistant asked if we were OK then let us have a look round ourselves. She was then available to help and answer our questions when we were ready. The store was laid out well and we could around really easily with a pram. All the beds were clearly labelled with what mattress it was which made it easier to shop as I was looking for a specific mattress.

The position of the store the layout and selection of goods,excellent value and the very efficient and friendly staff made our shopping a very pleasant experience.
