Dreams - Hull

We went window shopping to your Hull store. On entering the store we were oFfered help and refreshments.x we said we were fine and continued looking round. There came a point when we found something we really liked but my husband was not feeling well so Paul the manager helped. Him to a chair no offered him a drink while I. Showed him what we liked.. We said we would like to purchase the bed today and the paper work was a 'piece of cake' and we were sorted. All our worries sorted like putting up the bed and disposing of our old bed. We were daunted when we first started looking as my husbands chest problem makes him very short of breah so trailing round stores is daunting to say the least. Paul made it so easy to spend £1200 Not bad since we were only window shopping!!! With happy hearts these OAP's left your store.. Thank you Paul and Dreams.

From the minute we walked into the shop we were greeted with a welcoming smile from very efficient staff. Robin was very helpful and very explanatory when it came to us choosing the right mattress for me and my wife.

I was highly satisfied with the price promise policy Dreams employ, because was able to find the mattress I was after cheaper but Dreams matched it and was able to beat it giving me the perfect peace of mind that I got the very best deal I could from a reputable distributer. The staff wear extremely helpful and weren't pushy in the slightest, we ended up taking quite a lot of time choosing the mattress we choose we but the staff where always on hand to answere our questions and they were very friendly and patience.

Staff very helpful with no pressure

The staff were friendly and very helpful and able to answer all my questions about the different types of beds and quality of the mattress and what my options were and what would suit me. The staff weren't pushy and let us try many different types and go back again when we were unsure. I think they were great.

The customer service was really good. Julie (I think that was her name) was very informative on the products and helpful. She answered all our questions perfectly nothing was too much trouble. We had 2 young children with us and she made the experience enjoyable for them too (offering them a drink and a buscuit and giving them books to read) which was fantastic and made our time easier.

I really liked that I was welcomed into the store (with smiles), and then allowed sufficient time to browse. Paul then approached me and asked if I had any questions/ found what I was looking for - he interacted with my 7 year old son , which was really great :-) Paul was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my time in the store and the transaction processed with ease and without fuss. A really pleasurable shopping experience - thanks
