The advisor was prompt, friendly and professional. He listened carefully to anything we said. He was very knowledgeable but never pushy. He gave us plenty of time to try things and to ask questions. He left us alone to talk but was always on hand. We always felt that we knew our options.

Really friendly fun staff. Very knowledgable and helpful. Extremely happy with the service we received from Craig in store and his colleague over the phone also.

The assistant was attentive. Listened to what I was looking for and acknowledged I had limited time. She wasnt pushy trying to upsell but gave me alternative and futher ideas and my order was taken swiftly. The only negative was the length of time for delivery.

Allan was very helpful in store, he helped us find the perfect mattress and guided us through the full process with ease

Craig was amazing. I had no idea there was so much to know about mattresses. He was engaging, knowledgeable and interesting. He spoke almost non-stop for the best part of an hour without repeating himself. I don't think there is anything that Craig doesn't know about your products. We went in expecting to spend about £700 but actually spent a few pounds short of £3k.

Very welcoming staff, the lady provided us with all informations and gave us time.
