Great service great choice very helpful

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They allowed you to have time to consider the products, but they supported with guidance and data to assist the purchase process. The lady, Julie, gave real personal examples of product use which assisted the process.

The advosor-robin, came over to help us at just the right time, he explained everything very clearly. like your colour coding and explanations on the walls. very clear and simple. he was very helpful and knowlegable without being pushy or full of sales banter. He also made us a lovely cup of tea!

Came in with only a vague idea of what we wanted, and left with a bed that matched all of our requirements, whilst being within our budget. All of this thanks to the wonderful staff at the Hull St Andrews Branch.

Great customer service giving guidance about the bed and mattresses available in knowledgeable and non pushy way. Very friendly and relaxed purchase. Jo helped us explaining the mattress options very clearly and store manager Paul helped with putting order through and explaining all details clearly. We took insurance out with helpful recommendations that made sense without the typical sales pushing technique experienced in other shops making large purchases. Seen by Gemma in store today who was polite and professional yet friendly. She was highly knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted then advised us on a suitable bed.

Paul took the time to clearly explain to us the various features of the products we were interested in. He did this in a highly professional, no pressure manner which helped us make a decision with minimal fuss.

We had previously looked at Tempur mattresses in another shop and were put off purchasing by the complete lack of interest and knowledge shown by the shop assistant. This was in complete contrast to the experience we had when we visited the Hull Dreams store. We were left to browse and then when we needed assistance Julie couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. She allowed us to take as much time as we needed to test the mattresses to find the one that we felt was right for us and fully explained everything we needed to know. The whole process of purchasing was so easy with absolutely no pressure and all the staff were very friendly. Julie even offered to make us a drink whilst we made our mind up. I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family.
