Dreams - Hull

I originally came into the store a few weeks ago. The offer on the item I chose at that time had expired. This made me anxious as I did not have any extra budget. Dreams Colleague Jo immediately found me a comparable mattress for a better price - I ended up saving some money. Whilst she was looking to find me this offer, she called over her colleague Paul. Paul's knowledge of the purchasing system was excellent and enabled Jo to put the new deal through. Whilst I was waiting (still anxious, as this was to be a surprise present for my daughter and I had been saving for months), Jo, Paul and Julie were chatting to me. The conversation was appropriate but really funny - I felt welcomed as a customer and a person. I ended up leaving the store feeling better than when I had walked in. Jo, Paul and Julie built up trust - I believed I was getting a good deal and I therefore trust the product and the guarantee. They really were a fabulous bunch and my daughter is getting a beautiful, quality double bed to celebrate her 16th birthday. The delivery times suited me and the additional services to put up and take away were invaluable as I am a single mum. Thank you.

Very welcoming store friendly and informative staff

Friendly knowledgeable staff who did not “ push” whatsoever and had a great fun attitude with each other . One had a very nice beard! All in all a very pleasant experience apart from the UHT milk that was used to make our tea :) .

We was able to browse at our own pace and check out all of the mattresses and when we was ready for it, the advice from staff was available. The salesman wasn't too pushy and eventually we decided on the cheaper option as it better suited our needs.

Very satisfied with the friendliness and product knowledge of the Sales Staff, they were very patient and helpful at all times and it took me quiet a while to chose a mattress.

The facility was very well laid out and with ease of access to all products The assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products and you immediately felt at ease. Would definitely shop there again, all in all my shopping experience was very pleasureable

friendly service; felt no pressure to buy and was encouraged to take time to decide. Well informed and very helpful assistant (Jo at the Junction store in Hull). 2 cups of tea while we decided :)

Robin the assistant was very helpful and made the process very easy and it helped he knew what he was talking about and he made it fun and pleasant very nice young man

All the staff were helpful, Knowledgeable and very friendly the range of beds and mattresses was great it was a seamless transaction

Julie the lady who served us was polite, knowledgeable and did not employ pushy tactics. She pointed us towards an offer that allowed us to save money.
