Dreams - Hull

We visited several different furniture/bed stores to find new beds for our whole family, all of us with different wants and needs, and I can easily say that the knowledge, advice and service we received at the Dreams store in St Andrews Key, Hull was by far the best. We visited Dreams three times as we were making a large purchase and wanted to 'get it right', we were treated respectfully we weren't pressured into buying like in the other stores we went to and we weren't rushed into our decision, which really made us feel comfortable after being followed round other such stores and questioned endlessly. We dealt with two different members of staff and both were equally knowledgable and provided the relevant advice we needed. The ordering system was simple and efficient and the delivery process and 40 nights exchange offer was explained to us clearly. We left happily with a name and store number in case of problems. Thank you Dreams we can't wait for our beds to arrive!

Gemma was very helpful and gave us plenty of time to try out the mattress's without any pressure but also gave advise when we were unsure.

Initially visited the store on Sunday 10th July. Tried out the beds, was given salient points and left the store undecided on 2. Returned the following say and made q decision. Unfortunately when placing the order the advisor had problems with the PC. We tried on four occasions but to no avail. I could not stay any longer as I had a prior engagement. I returned to the store today after leaving work, the advisor who had been dealing with us was today on a day off, I believe her name was Jo. She had been efficient and left all the information she could for her colleague, Dave, who was again most helpful and completed everything most efficiently. Happy to recommend.

Good products with plenty of alternatives .Knowledgeable staff . Keen prices . Assistance given by very personable staff in particular Julie .

Staff were great. No pushy sales, just sound solid advice and they were all great with my hyperactive 4 year old.

We were helped from first entering the store, given all the information on mattress`s that we had enquired about,pointed in the right direction and left to browse, the salesman was not intrsive which is what we like, and after seeing a bed base & mattress we liked we made a swift decision to buy from the store. We are more than happy with the excellant service!!.
