The staff at Dreams were able to accommodate all our our needs, were incredibly helpful and ensured that we enjoyed our shopping experience.

Despite there being lots of different beds on display we were soon able, with the expert assistance of the staff, to eliminate the ones that didn't suit our personal needs. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The main thing that was impressed on us was to get on the beds and try them out. By laying on the bed as if you were in your own home enabled us to see how they felt to us.

The young man was helpful but not pushy. He offered advice, when asked, and identified the different qualities of the mattresses. He gave us time to choose our final choice and dealt with the order efficiently. A pleasant experience.

Very pleased with the service given.as I have never being to your store before I was panicking about what bed and mattress to choice.but the staff talked me though everything. I even came away with another purchase I bought one of your fabulous mirrors.

I walked into dreams not knowing what I needed, I have a spinal problem and do not sleep well. I came out with exactly everything I required!

Upon entering the store we were greeted, then left to look around on our own for 10 minutes or so which I felt happy with as this gave us time to get an idea of what we wanted before talking blindly to the store assistants. When we were approached we were offered refreshments and some advice on the different mattresses and then left to make a decision ourselves without feeling pushed or pressured into a decision. When placing our order we found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I know the staff earn commission on purchases but at no time did I or my partner feel pushed or pressured into buying the biggest bed and most expensive mattress. For this reason I would recommend Dreams to anybody looking to buy a new bed and have already done so to a friend who himself purchased a bed. 10/10 across the board
