We were very pleased with the amount of time each member of staff gave us and they made sure our son was happy and content when we were looking at various beds by providing colouring books, balloons and drinks. Staff were non pushy and helped us find the perfect bed for us without pressurising us into anything and had the patience to let us think about our purchase before doing so. We would highly recommend this branch to our friends and family.

The staff were extremely helpful and very patient (my children were running around) one member of staff even distracted the kids with a vibrating bed while we finished our purchase, excellent staff.

Robin was very helpful, he even remembered me from a couple if months earlier, repeating my requirements to me! Nothing was too much trouble even when I asked if he could rearrange the shop beds to gauge whether they would fit my room. The lady was great too, giving a woman's view, and return options, also the manager was fab as he came out of the office and tried out the beds so I could see if there was enough room for a grown man on a 2'6". Thanks to them I placed my order for 8 single beds and head boards for my holiday let. They were a 'great' team x

You had good choice and staff were very helpful

The staff were knowledgeable about the products, answering the questions I had and pointing us in the right direction. Above all the staff were not pushy in trying to sell and left us to look around after the initial advice had been given.

Paul met us straight away and explained the range of mattresses. He gave us time to try them all and approached us later to help us hone our choice. He offered us a discount when asked, and helped entertain the kids so we could discuss together - giving them a balloon at the end. We went to a rival store but returned, preferring this product, deal and Paul's customer service. The purchase was quick and the delivery offered in less than a week. We like the fact we can swap it for a different one if it doesn't suit us. All the staff were friendly and there was a good range in a spacious store. Many thanks.
