Dreams - Hull

The bed I was interested in buying was on show, so I was able to lie on it and examine it. I was offered a small discount on request, and when I asked for a slightly bigger discount, the manager exercised his discretion and accepted my offer. The service was friendly and the staff took an interest in my 5 star B&B business.

We were given assistance when we needed it, any questions we asked were answered, all prices were clearly shown.

Robin greeted us with a friendly welcome and offered us a drink whilst explaining the layout of the beds. He was honest by informing he was new and didn't know everything by heart however he managed to answer all our questions and queries well. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and relaxed in store.

We were in need of a new mattress but didn't really know what we wanted more how much we should be looking at spending. Paul took the time to really listen to our moans about bad sleep for the last few years and took us through different options. I left feeling that not only had I received great service, but I knew about the product and knew it was what I needed.

The response highly satisfied means everything was excellent. It is the second time we have shopped at Dreams and we returned because of the positive experience. I was so impressed I went into the store and told the staff how I felt, which is why we returned to purchase another bed.

Jo and Paul made us feel like royalty. Fantastic prices and an unbeatable service. We've never had such a pleasant experience with sales people until now. Thank you Jo and Paul, we'll definitely be recommending Dreams to everyone.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, listened to my requirements and helped me to make the right choice. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, were very patient and the banter was amusing.
