Upon walking into the store, Dave said hello and welcome in a friendly manner- he offered us a drink and explained the layout of the shop/ different types of mattress etc. He seemed to know just what he was talking about. Mostly, I was impressed at how genuine he appeared- He didn't try to force anything down our throats, and seemed very happy to help. We left the store to 'shop around', though quickly decided it wasn't worth it. We had said 'we'll be back tomorrow' prior to leaving, and we may not have indeed done that had it not been for Dave- he made us feel like we wanted to buy it from him. Great customer service, couldn't fault it. Go on Dave!!

Staff understood what we wanted, supported us without being obtrusive, we found what we wanted a D bought it.

The assistant showed me the various beds and the different mattresses that were available then she left me to browse which I appreciated as I did not feel that I was being pressured into buying she was on hand to answer any questions that I had.all in all an excellent service

I explained what I was looking for in a bed, the assistant took me to a selection of beds for me to try. I did not feel pressured or hurried I was offered more pillows so I could get my usual sleep position and was offered a cup of tea or coffee. I felt at home. I made my choice, I bought divan, mattress and headboard. I have even rang up to change my bed delivery date as my bedroom will not be ready for the bed. That was no problem either.

Staff (Gemma) was very friendly, informative and helpful without being pushy. She showed us the products that would interest us around our price bracket, and generally acted as we would want store staff to. The product we settled on was very good quality at a very good price, and had very good reviews on the website. All in all a very good shopping experience. I would certainly shop there again. Cannot say anything about delivery yet as we haven't got that far, but if the website is anything to go by, it will be the same as the shopping experience.

The personal assistance was excellent - asked questions to understand our needs and preferences, steered us to the products that would be best for us, making recommendations and offering further advice and product knowledge. All done in a friendly and professional manner without being 'pushy'. Left us to browse once we had the information we needed and came back to check how we were getting on. Overall, and excellent experience.

Very friendly staff that understood our needs and were extremely helpful with explaining our finance deal. Will be back to shop again.

We went to St Andrew's Quay Store to look at Tempur Mattresses, having done research on web, were made very welcome by Paul the manager who answered all our questions with a good knowledge, not at all pushy, so much so we left the store having purchased one Tempur mattress, 2 Tempur pillows and a new Headboard. We had only gone into look, we would be more than happy to reccomend you to friend and family. Paul ^& Janet Ash
