Reccived express service from Paul during our time in the shop and delivery of mattress was as promised on time on date delivery men were were also very careful both taking down the mattress on our staircase and delivering the new one

Although fairly new to the company Gemma displayed a high level of professionalism and product knowledge

The assistant (Dave) was extremely knowledgeable to the products, and also very friendly, polite and courteous. He made our shopping trip to Dreams an absolute pleasure. We told him what we were looking for and the problems I had medically and the experiences we had had with future products which we had purchased previously, which we had purchased from a completely different store. He totally understood our concerns and explained everything we asked of him before we made our final decision at Dreams. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Because Paul gave us time to decide, he wasn't too pushy and always made himself available when we did need a question answering. He helped us in ordering another mattress. We went in for one and came out with two. The ordering process was quick and easy but most importantly he served us with a warm smile and made us laugh!
