We didn't really know what mattress we wanted but the salesman was very helpful, he explained the different types & then left us to decide.

Having viewed your products on the internet, we wanted to see the quality of materials and build in store. We called your head office, where the staff were very helpful and directed us to the Hull store. The store was well laid out, with room to move around with ease and was very clean and tidy. Daniel welcomed us on arrival and asked if he could help or if we were just browsing. We explained the reason for our visit and he directed us to the bed we had come to view. After describing the product and its availability, he left us to decide, inviting us to call him back if we had any questions or needed any further assistance. We wanted to know about assembly & delivery and were very impressed with his product knowledge, helpful attitude and care and attention to good customer service - all too often, assistants do not give customers space to decide, but Daniel got this just right. When we had made our decision, he completed the order efficiently and checked we were completely happy with our order before we left the store. Finally, he thanked us for shopping at dreams and wished us a good day - excellent customer care throughout all aspects of our visit.

The lady who served us was very knowledgeable, pleasant and curtious. She didn't push for a sale after giving us the information and once we had made our minds up we gave her the sale.

On arrival in the store the sales assistant ,Dave, made us welcome and asked what we were looking for. He then explained the different types of mattress without being over bearing and confusing us. We were then left to think whilst he made us a drink and provided us with different pillows to try. With the information given we decided to purchace a mattress rather than looking in other stores. Dave was very informative about the purchase and delivery documentation. We left feeling we had made a good choice and look forward to the delivery date.
