The staff were lovely, so welcoming and friendly. We always feel really looked after and that our needs are important to the staff when we visit this branch, we tried so many pillows and it wasn’t a problem at all, we weren’t rushed or oversold to. Their product knowledge was great and we are really pleased with the products we bought. It’s so rare to be able to say this about any sales environment over the last few years, but we didn’t feel “sold to” in the slightest which actually encouraged us to spend more money.

Kathryn was fantastic on both visits to the store she was very keen to help with our purchase and to make sure we got the right product as a retail. Manager myself I feel she is a credit to the company

The lady that served us was very knowledgeable about the different products, wasn’t pushy and allowed us plenty of time including looking at price comparisons which made it easier on a limited budget and my age. (85)

All staff were really helpful and friendly. Myself and partner knew the exact product we wanted to purchase and the staff helped us with this very efficiently. The whole process was very easy and stress free.

This was our 1sr time using Dreams, we originally went in with an idea of what we wanted but didn't really know where to start. We were left to browse at our leasure but also asked if we needed assistance. We were introduced to the body scanning bed which after taking some scans and information, gave us a number of beds it recommended. We tried a number of them and settled with its 1st option. Making the purchase was very easy and we even decided to splash out on some high quality pillows after telling the sales rep about how I can destroy pillows in a short space of time, he really stood by his recommendations. Really happy with how it all went, really happy with the service which you don't get online.
