Dreams - Hull

Delighful shopping experience really friendly staff had vast product knowledge & we're not pushy with sales! We were able to chat between ourselves to the size & correct bed/ mattress size! We were not rushed even approaching closing time on a Saturday! Would recommend this hull branch to family & friends. Also price was really competitive & they even matched their online competititors. My only crib is the time we have to wait for delivery 4 weeks!! But have had this confirmed due to our tempur mattres choice is not held in stock & is a special order! The staff were really helpful in checking the delay etc & I'm quite happy to wait! Can't wait to take delivery of my new bed / mattress & maybe possible sleep

I was served by Dave, he was kind and friendly, I felt no pressure to buy, he was just happy to help me. I had a big worry about my stairs at home. He listened carefully to my concern, and demonstrated how the chosen mattress was able to be flexible. He offered me other related items, again I did not feel any pressure to buy. Over all a stress less process. If I had known it would be that easy I may have done it before now. Thank you

On walking in the store we were greeted by Donna. She was very pleasant & personable, not pushy in any way. She explained the different types of beds you have. She was very knowledgeable. Donna spent a lot of time with us when we needed her. We were looking to purchase 2 beds and couldn't make up our minds on the first visit. On our 2nd visit, 2 days later, Donna was not in, but Dan was. We had the same experience with Dan who, after us being in the store for quite some time, completed the paperwork in a pleasant & professional manner. The 'Dreams' experience was excellent with both salespersons. We came away very pleased.

I was highly satisfied with my dreams experience as ive used them before.

Very helpful to me but I was a little disappointed that I have to wait for 6 weeks for the bed.
