Dreams - Hull

I went in to your hull store on Sunday the 14th of February, and was greeted as I entered the store. After walking around the beds I was approached by a female member of staff who listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right bed. I did not purchase the bed as I had to discuss it with my partner, the member of staff was polite and did not push me into buying but let me know if I needed anything she was there. After talking to my partner that night we decided that was the bed for us. I then went back to the store the next day and was greeted by two male members of staff when I went in. After looking at the bed for a minute Paul asked if there was anything I could do to help. He then helped me to purchase the bed, explained everything to me and even explained putting it up as he had put the one in the store together. Throughout the experience every member of staff were helpful, knowledgeable and not in any was pushy, I will definetly be buying from dreams again.

Dan in the shop was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy and took the time to explain the different mattresses, leaving us time to try them as well as answering the questions we had. The advice given was great and we purchased a mattress and pillows.

When I arrived at dreams an employee was assisting us with 5 minutes which was good as we already had a mattress in mind, he managed to direct me straight to the one we had been looking at, then he recommended a better mattress due to my back problems. Told us lots of information about it. Very satisfied with the mattress and the assistance.
