Jo was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and spent much time with me on my first visit and then an equal amount of time when I returned with my husband. She helped us find what we hope will be a great bed and clearly knew her 'stuff'. Ordering was efficient and went smoothly, the whole buying experience was great.

The members of staff were very professional, especially the lady called Jo who assisted me on both of my visits to the store, and her product knowledge was very impressive. The only concern was not of a sales nature, but was that the female member of staff was expected to work in the store from 6pm until closing time I believe to be 8pm, on her own. I would not like my wife to be lone working on a dark winters night and be expected to close the store which is out on a business park on the outskirts of the city.

Felt very welcomed, no pressure to buy, very helpful in deciding mattress and what was good for our needs , offered a cup of tea or coffee and was left to make our minds up with no added pressure from sales staff, a guy called Dave was absolutely brilliant throughout. We spent a lot of money but was made to feel it was worth every penny.

We visited the store on 3 separate occasions, 2 on the same day and on our first visit Donna was extremely helpful, we were trying to buy two beds, one of which was for a disabled person. She explained about the various mattresses and beds in an easy to understand way, was most helpful but not pressurising. We went away to another store to compare prices etc. and received a completely different experience so much so that we were determined to purchase what we wanted from Dreams and we also discussed making sure we saw Donna again because we knew from previous experience that she would receive a commission for our sale. On our return Donna again helped us to clarify our ideas and wrote down for us what we had decided upon, Paul also advised us about the Electric Bed and the delivery and set-up. We decided to discuss the matter with a view to returning the next day. The following day we returned to the store to make our purchases and once again Donna and Paul were very helpful with our purchases and explained about the delivery and collection services, we cannot fault them and would be happy to recommend this store to anyone. The customer service is excellent.
