Donna was particularly helpful, we visited the store uncertain about what we would like and found the store layout and Donna's help assisted us greatly in narrowing down our choices to find something we were very happy with at a very reasonable price.

Pleasant staff, good knowledge, nice atmosphere

The team were very happy to help and helped entertain our 2 year old whilst we were testing the beds. We took quite a while choosing which bed to have, and Paul was very helpful whilst also leaving us on our own to have a look around. Great service which made the whole process easy as well as fun!

Very friendly service and shop assistants help you whenever you need.

Staff were very helpful and weren't pushy with the sale, they allowed us time to look around the shop and didn't pressure us into anything, yet they let us know that they were there to help and we could ask at any time we wanted.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The store was very busy all computers were taken so we were offered refreshments we declined and told the lady we would call back later. She took the name of bed and mattress and we left, when we returned Paul was ready with our order. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We were highly satisfied with the service.

It was a pleasure to walk round the store without been hassled or followed by sales employees, drinks and information about the store layout etc. was explained and we were able to shop and try out the beds/matresses without feeling pressured. The sale went through smoothly & professionally by the staff we dealt with direct. We would definatley return to the store & recommend Dreams to friends & family on the back of our visit and dealings. Thankyou

Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of attention and information on the beds. We weren't sure what we wanted and Dan helped us identify the best bed and mattress for us. We also had our children with us and he was really good with them, even when they wanted to climb the bunkbeds.
